One issue that has been raised quite a lot is the concern for in-depth and expertise knowledge. To gain Edublocks it seems more beneficial to teach topics that are generally considered interesting on a broader level and thus attract more people, than focusing on deeper learning within a specific field. The consequences here would be that no one digs deeper into certain topics or become experts in their fields.
